The Loyal Customer Rewards Program was designed to add value to the existing relationship between Excel Custom Contractors, LLC and its loyal customers. The program was created to offer additional incentives to continue a long-lasting relationship

earned for each Needs Assessment, Sales Evaluation or Job Completion Survey completed and returned. A completed Needs Assessment helps us to come prepared to our initial appointment with you; we can bring relevant displays and brochures to help you select your product. After you meet with one of our Sales and Design Consultants, you will receive a Sales Evaluation that serves as a communication tool to help us improve our service

earned for allowing us to provide your name and phone number to prospective customers who would like references for Excel Custom Contractors, LLC

earned on the use of Customer Testimonials in any form of Excel custom contractors, LLC advertisement
As with other programs, there are a few reasonable restrictions. All Reward credits need to be applied to future work and are not available to current estimates. Reward credits can be applied up to 25% of future contract dollar amounts. Reward credits have no cash value, and they can only be applied to receive discounts to future work with Excel Custom Contractors, LLC. Reward credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offered by Excel Custom Contractors, LLC. Lastly, the credits are to be available as long as the program is in force. The Rewards program can be terminated at any time, for any reason at the sole discretion of Excel Custom Contractors, LLC.
