“With a longtime passion for the construction industry, I bring over 15 years of experience in customer service, administration & project management to our decking team. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the construction business, I developed a deep appreciation for client interaction, planning, and craftsmanship & attention to detail that goes into every project. This foundation has shaped my approach in ensuring that our clients are delivered exceptional customer service and results.
I specialize in guiding customers through the life of their project, from the initial consultation appointment to a continuous flow of communication, making sure all questions are answered, and every detail is taken care of. My strong organizational skills, combined with a critical thinking mindset, …allow me to help assist with every project, ensuring that each detail is carefully handled, nothing is overlooked, and ensuring the process is as stress-free as possible.
As a team player, I believe in the importance of collaboration. I truly enjoy seeing our customers happy with the final result and knowing that we’ve made a positive impact on their homes and lifestyles.
Outside of work, I’m a family-oriented person with a passion for music and singing. I’m also an avid dog lover, always up for spending time with my fur baby.
