Project Manager - Jake Deshotels

I am one of the project managers here at Excel. Part of what I do here involves staying on top of the customer projects, communicating with suppliers and vendors, and making sure the teams have what they need and that they’re in the right place.

I have a professional background in management for companies such as, Culvers Painting, Warehouse Lighting E-Commerce, and Procurement Partners. I’ve been a project manager for two years, and before that, I was a customer service manager for healthcare software. I’ve been the lead on numerous lean processes/efficiencies increase projects as well as built customer service teams from the ground up.

I grew up as the oldest of five, in the Milwaukee area. Now I live in Whitefish Bay, married with two sons, one currently in college and the other working in the trades. A few of my hobbies include reading, hiking, and learning new technologies.
