Project Manager - Alejandro Smith

“As project manager at Excel my main focus is to execute jobs in an efficient manner utilizing the best building practices available. From start to finish, I am present through all phases of the project starting from the measure appointment to the final walk through.

 I started my career as a laborer rehabilitating homes to their full potential. Over the years I have taken on new challenges in all facets of construction from full remodels and basement conversions to now executing new construction projects. I love seeing a plan come to life and smiles on homeowners’ faces. Communication is very important to me to ensure all expectations are met. On the measure appointment the salesperson and myself will review the layout, material and color selections, timelines and important details with our customers so that we can provide the best experience possible.

 On my free time I am checking home projects off of the “honey-do” list along with outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, hiking and camping. I also have a passion for Real Estate and rental properties.

 When your project is assigned to me, I will be there to ensure the project moves forward according to the plan and keep you informed along the way!
