Customer Support Specialist - Laura Steinmetz

I’m the Customer Support Specialist for Excel. In a normal workday, I do everything from answering phone calls, returning contact with customers, setting appointments for the sales team, and various tasks around the office. I really enjoy what I do. I love talking to people and being able to enable a friendly environment, whether in our office or over the phone.

I have a background in customer service. I’ve worked for call centers, along with Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee. While I was there, I managed sales events, along with promotional events for the casino.

In my personal life, I’m a mother, grandmother, wife, AND sports fanatic. I was born and raised here in Wisconsin. I love to spend my free time with my family and watch sports.
